Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Revfloow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Use of Service
You may use Revfloow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, transmits harmful or malicious content, or interferes with the proper working of the service.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Partner Program Terms
If you participate in the Revfloow partner program as a brand or partner, additional terms apply. Commission rates, payment schedules, and program rules are governed by your specific partner agreement. Revfloow reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days notice.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revfloow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Revfloow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
