We charge a one-time setup fee — from €500 to €5,000 depending on programme complexity — to get your partner programme live. Then we work entirely on commission: 20% of revenue generated by the partners we recruit, manage, and activate, plus a +5% upside on milestones achieved. We only earn when you earn. No retainers. Most agencies charge the same retainer whether results come or not. We built the opposite model: pay once to get started, then our revenue is a direct function of the revenue we generate for you. If your partner channel doesn't grow, neither do we.

The fee ranges from €500 to €5,000 depending on programme complexity. After that, we work entirely on commission — 20% of revenue generated by the partners we recruit, manage, and activate. No monthly retainers. No recurring fees.
20% base commission on partner-generated revenue only
Our 20% commission applies exclusively to revenue generated by partners we bring in and manage — never on your existing revenue, your ad spend, or anything outside the partner channel. If a partner generates €10,000 in new revenue, our fee is €2,000. That's it.
+5% milestone upside — earned, not assumed
When we hit agreed milestones — partner activation targets, revenue thresholds, programme growth goals — an additional 5% commission applies to that milestone period's revenue. This keeps us focused on outcomes that actually move the needle for your business.
